Aman the lead protoganist , played by the one of the best actor , Nani, where he is in love with the lead actress Nivetha Thomas as Pallavi. The things go smooth between them until the day they got separated. Here comes the entry of my favourite character in the movie Arun , played by Aadhi Pinisetty. The story revolves around the love tale between Arun and Pallavi as a main along with Aman and Pallavi in the past. Aman who is doing PhD on scholarship in Andhra University falls in love with Pallavi. The way they met and fall in love with each other is a portrayal of the minute coincidences that everyone faces. Later on , they decide to get married. But Aman living in their pent house with no job in his hands, thinks that how can he manage to give the good life to his partner. Following this he goes to JNU to work under a renowned scholar. At that very moment, Pallavi calls him to say that she wants to be with him. But listening to Aman , who is passionate about his dream , she decided not to tell anything further. Later on , she gets married to Arun.
One day , after a year , she gets a call from Aman's professor regarding the downfall in his life and his addiction towards alcohol. She goes up to meet him where Aman is not at all ready to leave her. She then talks with her husband about his addiction and how he is spoiling his future. They together decide to invite Aman to live in their house. Following the events , Aman comes up to live with them . There he saw lots of up and down in their marriage. But one thing which was holding them together was their love. He too tries to create a rift between them but all goes in vain.
At the end , there comes a scene where Pallavi sees Arun with a girl. The girl was Christine who was trying to hug Arun and at a moment one can think that he might be interested in her too. Later on , Pallavi without knowing the truth says him that he is disloyal and he doesn't love her. This create a real rift between them. Being with them for a long time, Aman too wanted this , so that he can gets back Pallavi. But he wasn't happy after seeing all this.
He asks Arun about the the whole scenario. And he really gets to know that how madly Arun is in love with Pallavi that he can't imagine his life without her. What they saw their was a half true. Christine loved Arun but being rejected by her she starts taking drugs. The situation started worsening for her to that extent , that one day she gets hospitalised. Arun then tries to interact with her and helps her in leading normal life. At the end , where Arun says to Pallavi when she ask is their anything between both of you , their was a clear emotion of love between them. Pallavi too say sorry for her behaviour but she said all this out of love. And as expected, Aman understand that life needs to move on and then he starts leading a normal life. The movie got released in 2017 but for Hindi speaker it came after 3 years. The link to movie in Hindi is Ninnu Kori.
Anyways , my motive was not to write about this movie. But instead the lesson learnt from the character and the movie. It's a normal comedy-romantic movie but seeing from my side , it's a different tale.
So moving along the most exciting topic of this post , The lesson learnt.
1. AMAN - THE REALISTICS LOVER
a) One should learn from him that what passion is all about. He was doing PhD in Statics and he left everything to pursue it under a great scholar.
b) He defines the true meaning of love which is waiting. Even though Pallavi left him still he waited around 1 year for her.
c) Life is all about moving on and giving new chance. At last when he comes to know that Pallavi is madly in love with her husband. He left his obsession for her and moved on giving new chance to life.
d) Understanding the pain behind his lover's eye. When he got to know that Arun has someone else in his life. He should be happy. But he wasn't. For him Arun and Pallavi were the real lover and even after all this , he wanted them to reunite.
e) Explaining the meaning of trust.
He explained Pallavi that Arun trusted you so much that he did allow your past lover to reside in their house. This wasn't the lack of interest but instead a trust that we have on someone.
2. PALLAVI - THE GIRL WHO ACTED ACCORDING TO SITUATION
a) Explaining the coincidences in life. She met both the protoganist Aman and Arun through mere coincidences. And that's how her life changed.
b) The strongest weapon in this world is self confidence. Initially she was afraid of everyone . But later on , she builts her confidence and become a powerful minded person.
c) Love is about sacrificing yours dream to fulfill yours partner's dream. She was about to get married. She could have told Aman everything but she decided not to come in between he and his dream.
d) Understanding that love never ends , it just that someone's else love dominates over the other. She was madly in love with Aman in the past. But after marriage , she found Arun's love . And she finally started loving him at one such state that she couldn't think about anyone else apart from him. Even though she was with Arun but when she got to know about Aman's situation. She tried her best to save Aman from destroying his future. Thus , love never ends.
e) Just because someone shouts at you for breaking their trust doesn't mean they don't love you but instead it means that they are so madly in love with you that they can't tolerate anyone else in your life. She shouted at Arun for telling lie. But this wasn't her anger but instead the love she has. She couldn't control her emotions after seeing Arun and Christine together. It was all said out of love.
3. ARUN - THE INTROVERT BUT MOST LOVING ONE
a) Understanding the difference between love and friendship. When he got to knew that Christine loves him , he tried explaining her because for him it was only friendship.
b) Trusting your partner is most important. He trusted Pallavi so much that he never doubted anything. Even though Pallavi used to get irritated by her ex but still he used to calm her down and always supported her.
c) Seeing someone ending their life because of you is the biggest curse as well as regret. When he saw Christine trying to end her life. He regretted everything. And that regret was the reason that he allowed Aman to live in their house.
d) Introvert people are complex . When Pallavi shouted at him for not telling the truth. He could have defended himself. But instead he felt disheartened because for him she was his life. He never expressed his emotions openly that's why isntead of explaining things, he decided to fall silent and let go of everything.
e) You don't need to give those costly gifts to your partner all the time. But instead giving them something that's precious is important. And most importantly, keeping them safely is what matters. And your daily sweet gesture is what all needed to grow the relationship. When Aman and Pallavi talks about sharing so many gifts. He didn't named any. But when the thief stole her purse. He ran and fought with him. Because it was the first gift he had given to her. He never argued or fought with her. But instead he was always loving and caring to such extent that those artificial value had no significance over this.
Talking about one more character.
Pallavi's father - He wanted a well settle person for his daughter like every one else. Even though when he came to see them still he was worried what if his daughter is not happy. He signifies the real meaning of father. No matter how strict they become but the love they have for their child can never end. Even after all this , he was ready to remarry her daughter to her lover. For him, Pallavi's happiness was more important than his . The movie perfectly depicted the true meaning of father-daughter relationship. He also tried to explain that all love marriage are not wrong. But only at that time when both the person are well settled and they can afford to live a beautiful life as their parents gave them.
The movie beautifully depicts that arrange marriage too requires love as of general perception that it is done forcibly against child's choice. One should understand the value of dreams and career. Love is something that can destroy you as well as make you. Choose wisely. Depression after not getting the one you love is quite normal. Understand this and accept this as it is and then move on. Life gives everyone the second chance , so it's our duty too to give life the other chance. The person about whom we are dreaming off right now might not be the same person. Learn this. No matter how much we say but atlast parents always support their children. Love is important but leaving your passion for it is wrong. Embrace the changes that occur in your life. Build your career first then love. It's completely okay to wait for the love of your life. But knowing that they can never be yours again especially if they get someone else , then instead of spoiling your life move on. It might take time but you'll finally realise that it's important to leave few things to accept the new "hii". The most important of all , trust is what needed in all relationship. Trust your parents and partner. Trust has got so many meaning , learn to differentiate them. You never know when someone become so important to you all of the sudden. And when someone loses their value in your's life. Learn to respect feelings and emotions. If someone needs help then please do so. You might helped them in saving their life. Always be clear with your emotions. Don't go around fooling yourself and other on the name of love. If it's love then only take a step ahead otherwise strictly no. There are so many coincidences by which people meet , we never notice it until someone become important. It's okay to choose your career over love , but then don't go regretting about the love you lost. Remember, people move on when they are least expected too.
Lastly , I don't think their was something so much in the story seeing from the general perception. But seeing from the one who experienced love , it's a life lesson. The movie touched my heart and that's why I wrote about it.
A Small Thank You Note
It's going to be 4 months now since I started writing. Yesterday it completed around so many views (can't say the exact data). I don't read the blog from the site , so it's always different people around the globe reading them . I am thankful to all of you. I started writing because of Tom that's why he is always in every post (he doesn't know this otherwise he would have killed me🤭😂). The love showered by you all inspired me to continue writing . The views might be a normal data for some but for me it's like covering the milestone. I started writing when I was not happy in life , one can say almost in depression, I had no contact that time with anyone. But now , things changed. And I became the old Ankita. This blog is not only a site but also a mini diary for me. I am really thankful to everyone who contributed their time on reading it. Atlast , I dedicate "the nonchalant catalogue" to Tom. He was the one who introduced me in the world of writing. I never took his real name because,in general, we don't have anything now not sure about future too .But I will surely mention his real name if I ever get the gut to ask him or when we meet again. Anyways, thanking everyone again for their support. 💜
