A love to last

Talking about the most underrated feeling in the world , "self love".

 We are living in the generation where everyone is busy finding love or most probably saying life partner. But what about self love , self care ?? Does they don't matter ? 

In one of the finest movie of bolywood ,  Dear Zindagi . Their is a dialogue where the psychiatrist says to the actress , " Jab hum Apne aap ko Achi Tarah samajh Lete hai toh doosre kya samajhte hai , it doesn't matter ,  NOT AT ALL " . I think this is so true .  When we start loving ourself then it doesn't matter who love us or who care about us or what they think of us.

In the same movie , there is an infamous dialogue , " tum agar khulke roo nhi sakogi ..toh khulkar Hass kaise sakogi". This is worth reading the lines.  If we can't show anger to anyone then how can we love someone. How can we feel worthy of ourselves . 

We should care about our self esteem and self respect. We should really feel happy about the things we love. Openly showing anger to someone who hurted us isn't that bad.

This is really underrated. We should feel everything that's happening in life. Instead of finding love in someone , we should find first in our self then only we can love someone else. 

Sometimes we become so harsh that we start punishing ourselves. But is this correct? When we can forgive someone else for their bad deeds then why can't we forgive ourselves ? Do our mind doesn't need sympathy when we fall ? Do our body don't feel the pain when we treat ourselves badly? 
Why is this that we try to emphasize everyone apart from ourselves. 
Self love is really important. Instead of hurting , we should love ourself. And this is really important.  

Have you all seen Geet from Jab we met. The character of Geet is inspired from someone who love themselves alot. She has a very famous dialogue in the movie , " main khud ki bahut badi fan Hun. Main apni favourite Hun".

I really think people should become like her. But the sad part is that she too forgot that  she is her favourite. When she gets heart broken , she changes herself. It's really ok to have broken heart. This happens with everyone. It's ok to feel things emotionally. Don't be harsh on yourself because of someone else. 

It's ok if we are different. It's ok if we feel differently. It's ok to have different views. It's ok to be unique in the group. But changing yourself in order to fit in group is not good. 

Sometimes we should love ourselves more than anyone that we should let them go if they hurt us . Forgive ourselves for the mistakes we did. Sometimes giving treat to ourselves makes our mind and soul happy. 

Realising that we are the most important person in our life is really good.

Doing things we like is  utmost importance. There is no need to compromise one's interest for someone else. It's not bad to spend time with people but their is a wide difference between those who  help us in improving our life and making it better and those who just want to see us fall. It's ok to remove your precious people for some peace . It's ok to have mine time

When we isolate ourselves from negative people then we start realising the value of positivity , self time. Sometimes it's ok to let go everyone to achieve self love. 

Sometimes , it's ok to  deal with  the problem on your own . Sometimes , giving treat to ourselves is great. Sometimes , eating whole box of pizza or chocolate alone is good. Sometimes ,  it's ok to sit alone in the balcony and ponder upon the things we like. Sometimes it's ok to dance in the rain and catch cold. Sometimes it's ok to watch movie alone. Sometimes everything is valid because we need to take care of ourselves . 

Love yourself enough to take decisions of your life. It's ok if everyone is not happy with it because at last everyone leaves us including our parents  and we are left with the decisions we have taken long back. 

Have you ever seen someone who always spread positivity , always smile and keep surrounding happy ? They are the one who already know their worth . They make only those people specials  who know their value and they  appreciate as well as motivate them to become better person . Be with them . They will always support you when you will forget your worth.

Remember your thoughts widely depends on the thoughts of people around you. Make sure you that are with the one who will never leave you in tough situation and won't critise you . There is one simple way to choose people . Be with them who always make you happy. This is really important. Happiness is so underrated. 

We all are running behind people who are successful . But what about those who are always their in our bad times ? Those who always listen to our tantrums . 

I really think we are our great motivator as well as demotivator. Everything just depends on our thinking. How we perceive life is really important. Cheering up  is the best way to motivate oneself. Knowing one self is significantly greater than knowing others. 

When we accept ourself with all our loopholes then only we can accept someone else . Love , poetries , romance  are worth living but self love is worth doing.

It's a love that will last forever. Even if the people leaves us. 

When I say , we are our greatest motivator or demotivator then I mean it. I guess I  am the only person who has followed her very own blog  just to become the greatest critiser or the biggest supporter.
